Laser film and holographic film are using computer lattice lithography technology, 3D true color holographic technology and multiple & dynamic imaging technology. Divided from product composition, the laser film could be OPP laser film, PET laser film and PVC laser film.
What’s the usage of laser film? The introduction is as follows:
1. Laser aluminizing film
Laser aluminizing film, we also call it laser metallized film, is processed by vacuum aluminizing. It has the characteristics of plump and smooth aluminized layer, good adhesive aluminum layer and strong adhesion to the ink, suitable for lithography, gravure and flexo printing. Widely used in flexible packaging, paper bags, wrapping paper, gift box, decoration, laser holographic anti-counterfeiting and other fields.
2. Laser rainbow film
The color of laser rainbow film is formed by light interference and varies with the angle of observation. Laser rainbow film is divided into red, yellow, blue, green, purple and other colors, could be compounded with different colors of paper, plastic and artificial leather. After compounding, it also can be processed with different surface pattern by embossing, hot stamping and printing, which could make it more colorful, suitable for paper bags, wrapping paper and gift boxes.
3. Laser dielectric film
Laser dielectric film could be divided into BOPP dielectric film, PET dielectric film, etc. Laser dielectric film refers to compounding one dielectric layer on the basis of transparent laser film and this dielectric layer can play a role of protecting the pattern and texts in the laser film. The laser brightness is several times stronger than ordinary transparent film, and the laser pattern is acid and alkali resistant that can’t be erased, protecting the layers effectively.
4. Laser transparent film
Laser transparent film is mainly used for laminating on flexible packaging, white paperboard, transparent plastic bag, etc. Laser pattern has no medium layer protection and also used for transfer, anti-counterfeit labels and other processes’ technology.
Laser films are widely used in food, pharmaceuticals, daily chemical products, tobacco, alcohol, clothing, gift packaging and decorative materials industry. It’s elegant and bright, suitable for stickers and boxes.
Under the irradiation of white light, commodities decorated with laser film have different diffraction angles and can show colorful commodity logo images, texts and background patterns when viewed from different angles, which have a strong sense of visual impact on consumers.
