When you send us the inquiry, you should provide us the size, material, quantity, finishing and artwork of the product..

2.  What’s the available time for us to contact you?

3      How can I get a quote?

After you send us the inquiry with product specification through email, we will give you the quotation within 2 days.

4      Can I get a sample and do you charge samples fee?

Yes, we can make samples for you. For the samples fee, it’s refundable after your order confirmed.

5      What format artwork should I provide for printing?

The artwork format can be AI, PSD, PDF, CDR.

6      What’s the payment terms would you do?

The payment terms can be T/T, western union, paypal, cash or L/C, which is negotiated.

7      How long is the leadtime?

It depends on your order quantity. The sample leadtime is 3-7 days according to the complexity. The mass cargo leadtime is 15-30 days after samples confirmed, which is according to the product details and quantity.

8      How can you guarantee your quality?

Usually we make samples for your confirmation. The bulk production will be made same as the samples. We have strong QC team to control the quality.

9      How can I track my goods status?

If the goods shipped by express (DHL, UPS, FEDEX, TNT) or by air, we will give you the tracking number. If the goods shipped by sea, the B/L would be provided.

10    What should I do if there are some problems with the goods?
